Refund and returns policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Every Dinkwell product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with it for any reason, email hello@dinkwell.com.au within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply with a return address and instructions. Once the item is received we refund the full purchase price of the item to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping you paid on the original order is not refunded under the change-of-mind guarantee; return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Returned items should be in a resaleable condition: clean, with any packaging, and free of damage beyond normal play. Used paddles are accepted under the guarantee; we ask that you play them on a court, not on concrete or bitumen.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid, and we cover the return postage.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights; the 30-day guarantee is in addition to them.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement after we process it.

Email hello@dinkwell.com.au with your order number. Please do not send items back before you receive the return instructions.
