Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from dinkwell.com.au, operated by Wolf Syndicate Pty Ltd (ABN 40 689 413 232), trading as Dinkwell. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order (and refund it in full) if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal. Your card or account is charged when the order is placed.

Shipping

Delivery estimates and rates are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave.

Returns and guarantee

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and your consumer guarantees are set out in the Refund and returns policy.

Product information

We describe products from their physical specifications. Colours can vary slightly from screen to screen. Product photographs are for illustration; accessories shown with a product are sold separately unless listed in "What's in the box". We make no claim that any product is approved by any sporting body; check your event's rules before competition play.

Use of the site

Content on this site (text, images, logo) belongs to Wolf Syndicate Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You must not misuse the site, attempt to access it other than through the interface provided, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing or refunding that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
