Do the colours play differently?

No. Surge Green, Blaze Red and Bolt Blue are the same 16mm Hyperion Double Vision paddle in different colours.

What grip size is it?

A 4.25 in Feel-Tec Pure Grip on a 5.5 in handle.

Is it approved for tournament play?

JOOLA states it is USA Pickleball approved at PBCoR .43.

Is this a genuine paddle?

Yes. Dinkwell is an authorised retailer of JOOLA, Babolat and Six Zero. Every paddle we sell is new and genuine, from the brand.

How do I choose the right paddle?

Thickness, face material and shape all change how a paddle plays. A thicker core generally feels softer and more controlled; a thinner one has more pop. Our Learning Centre covers it: how to choose a pickleball paddle and carbon fibre vs fibreglass paddles. Still unsure? Email hello [at] dinkwell.com.au and we will help you pick.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free and tracked anywhere in Australia. Your paddle ships from our own stock and is usually with you within 5 business days. You get the tracking number by email when it leaves.

What if I do not like it?

30 day refunds, no questions asked. If it's not right for any reason, email hello [at] dinkwell.com.au within 30 days of delivery.

Can I use it in tournaments?

If you play sanctioned tournaments, check your event’s approved-paddle list before you buy any paddle. Where the brand lists an approval for this model, you will find it on this page.

The JOOLA Hyperion Double Vision 16mm brings JOOLA's aerodynamic Hyperion shape to the Double Vision line. It suits players who want quick hands with a softer, more controlled feel.

The aramid face is impact resistant and keeps the ball on the paddle a little longer. Underneath is a 16mm Reactive Honeycomb Polymer core with an SK Film layer, thermoformed for stability. It weighs about 221 g with a 4.25 in Feel-Tec Pure Grip and an NFC chip in the handle. This is a genuine JOOLA paddle from Dinkwell's own stock.
